I have been recently trying to get some better advice and coaching on how to become better at what I do now. A long way from the Rig and trying to get to grips with a style of leadership that suits me and is effective. There are plenty of excellent writers out there that are advising on leadership and management. I am probably going to try a few of these styles and try to measure what I do.
